What payment methods do you accept?
Rapidwaylogistics accepts all major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and cash on delivery for eligible shipments. Business accounts can be set up with monthly billing and customized payment terms.
What are your delivery hours and schedule?
Standard deliveries occur Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. We offer extended hours (7 AM to 8 PM) and Saturday deliveries for an additional fee. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM, with delivery typically completed by 8 PM the same day. Express services offer 2-hour and 4-hour delivery windows.
Do you offer insurance for valuable items?
Yes, we offer comprehensive insurance options for valuable items. Basic coverage is included for shipments up to $100. For higher-value items, you can purchase additional insurance coverage up to $10,000. We recommend declaring the full value of sensitive, fragile, or expensive items to ensure proper handling and adequate coverage.
How do I schedule a pickup for my shipment?
You can schedule a pickup through our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service. For same-day pickups, please schedule before 2 PM. Regular pickup windows are available from 9 AM to 6 PM. Business accounts can set up recurring scheduled pickups for daily, weekly, or custom intervals at no additional charge.
What items are prohibited for shipping?
Prohibited items include hazardous materials, flammable substances, weapons, illegal drugs, perishable food without proper packaging, live animals (except with special arrangements), cash/currency over $500, and items prohibited by law.
